All payments made on Support Koffee are voluntary contributions and are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once the transaction is completed. By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Payments made through this platform are voluntary, goodwill-based support contributions — similar to a tip or donation. There is no product, service, subscription, or deliverable being purchased in exchange. You are supporting the creator's work out of appreciation.

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment (same amount paid twice within a short time), please contact us at hello@yourdomain.com with your Razorpay Payment IDs. We will review such cases on a goodwill basis, though we make no guarantees of a refund.

If your payment fails and your bank account is still debited, this is a temporary hold by your bank. Such amounts are automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. We have no control over your bank's refund timeline. Please contact your bank directly for assistance.
