We collect as little information as possible. Specifically:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any card/bank details. Payment processing is entirely handled by Razorpay.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI, and bank details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure servers and never transmitted to or stored by us. Please review Razorpay's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
Transaction records (amount, payment ID, optional message, IP) are stored in a secure database with access restricted to authorised administrators only. We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit.
We retain transaction records for a period of 5 years for legal and accounting compliance. Optional messages may be deleted upon request.
Since we do not collect personal identifiers (name, email), we cannot look up your specific record. However, if you have your Razorpay Payment ID, you may contact us and we will assist you in any way we can.
We use a session cookie only to maintain the admin panel session. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set on the public-facing pages.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
